**Early Education Centre Job Opportunity**

At our rural early education centre, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience for children. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in implementing this vision and contributing to the centre's continued success.

**About the Role**

As a team player, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our experienced and dedicated staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to children. You will need to be familiar with observations, programming, and critical reflections, as well as possess a willingness to undertake professional development and uphold the high reputation we have in our community.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Implementing and maintaining high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives

- Maintaining open communication with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and well-being

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

- Current Blue Card, Child Protection training

- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Framework, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations

- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (either can be complete or currently studying)
