About the Role

Position: Casual Lead Educator
Location: Pimpama, Gold Coast, QLD
Rate: $44.20 - $44.51 per hour
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)- First Aid Certificate including Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Strong working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)- Ability to confidently lead and mentor other educators- Experience in designing and implementing educational programs tailored to each child's needs- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, respectful approach to building relationships with families and team members

Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar- Skills in supporting inclusive learning environments- Confidence working in partnership with other educators and external professionals- Proficiency in digital tools for documentation, planning, and communication
