Job Overview

The In-Store Artisan will deliver an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring customers through artistic customization while working in-store and on the Sneaker Maker Tour. You will engage with customers, promote products, and share brand stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize artistic abilities to deliver a personalized customer experience.
  • Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe items and customization options.
  • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high levels of customized customer service.
  • Co-create unique items through the LAB Experience.
  • Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
  • Participate as part of the sales team, supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and guidelines for all activities, including co-creation.
  • Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
  • Assist with sales and client interactions when not 'on tour' or co-creating.

Requirements:

  • An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling)
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
