Diploma Qualified Educator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to become a part of our welcoming and supportive team at Uniting Kids Care Springwood Early Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educating children from 3 to 5 years of age, you will bring with you your positive interactions with children and passion for inclusive early childhood practice and social justice.
- Developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Providing hands-on activities and support to ensure children thrive.
Requirements:
- Must have completed a Diploma in Children Services (essential), with 2 years previous on-the-job experience (preferred).
- A work history that demonstrates programming, recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Must hold a current Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
- Believe in positive team spirit and embrace working in a diverse team.
