We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us as an Office Manager based at our Fyshwick branch. This role offers a unique opportunity where no two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from customer interaction to adding significant value in administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
  • E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures across all operational and logistic requirements.
  • Support counter sales with daily activities including customer orders, sales orders, stock availability, customer liaison, account management, credit returns, and order invoicing.
  • Assist in supplying products to customers in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy at branches.
  • Support and participate in stock-take as directed or requested by management.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager in various areas including office administration, operations, and staff management.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and professionalism of the branch.
  • Undertake general administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Prior experience in an office management role in a sales, warehouse/trade environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, warehouse, and sales teams.
  • Intermediate numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with inventory programs to support activities within Polyaire.
