This role is open for a dedicated individual to join our healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive and accurate patient assessments, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Work in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards, ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress in medical records, effectively communicating with colleagues as needed.
- Must be a registered nurse authorised to practice by the relevant regulatory body.
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in acute care settings, preferably with a special interest in oncology nursing.
- Ability to identify and respond to deteriorating patients, prioritising their safety and well-being.
- Capacity to work independently, efficiently, and effectively during high-demand periods, maintaining organisational skills at all times.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
