Caregiving Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to provide care support in Orange, NSW. As a caregiving professional, you will be working within a person-centred environment that respects the rights and needs of each client. You will assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties, as well as accompany them on daily errands and social activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and administering medications as needed
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfer issues
  • Observing and reporting changes in client health and wellbeing

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. You must also have a National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years), an NSW Working with Children Check, a valid driver's license, First Aid certification, and CPR certification.
