Home Care Worker Role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Home Care Worker to support our aged community members living in the Greater Hobart region.

  • A compassionate personality with excellent communication skills;
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent);
  • A current Drivers Licence and a reliable and insured vehicle.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support services to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients;
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks and activities;
  • Assisting clients with meal preparation and nutrition;
  • Encouraging clients to engage in social activities and maintain connections with family and friends;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
