Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to prevent falls and improve mobility, promoting resident autonomy and dignity
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress, contributing to the development of best practices in geriatric care

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
