About the Role

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support across various activities, including solution design and development, team leadership, and product improvement.

  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives, incorporating technical knowledge and strategic thinking.
  • Lead a small team to develop high-quality business solutions and integrations, utilizing agile delivery methodologies.
  • Support, operate, and continually improve the products and solutions within your scope.
  • Evaluate the design and operation of solutions to ensure they meet information and decision support requirements for internal and external customers.
  • Work collaboratively within a wider Enterprise Applications group to achieve shared goals.
  • Analyze solution logs and analytics to identify business problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software development and integration systems and solutions, ensuring seamless operations and scalability.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Solid experience in software solution architecture and design, particularly in the Microsoft technical stack.
  • Advanced knowledge of .NET / C# programming languages.
  • Excellent documentation skills to cover functional and technical specifications.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills to drive technical innovation.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team members towards personal and professional growth.
