We are seeking an experienced architect to develop and integrate Mission Engineering Models and Simulations using Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) digital modelling and simulation tools.
The OpportunityThis role requires strong proficiency in MBSE methodologies and tools, as well as knowledge of system software lifecycle process. You will work closely with our team to define End to End Architecture solutions aligned to technology standards and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and integrate Mission Engineering Models and Simulations using MBSE digital modelling and simulation tools.
- Define End to End Architecture solutions aligned to technology standards and roadmaps.
- Analyse and evaluate externally sourced models and integrate them into the System or Enterprise framework.
- Enhance organisational Knowledge Base for execution.
- Undertake stakeholder engagement and collaboration with defence clients, project teams, and industry partners.
- BSc/BA in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional Engineer with 8+ years experience in digital systems.
- Demonstrable experience of creation and refinement of digital models and simulation.
- Eligibility for Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 or higher).
- Masters degree in relevant subject.
- Professional recognition as CPEng, ACS Member or registered Professional Engineer.
You will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.
