We're seeking a compassionate Nurse to join our team at Regis Dandenong North. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians.

About the Role

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized nursing care to residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication charts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
