About the Role

Tefol is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our financial systems and functions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in financial forecasting, modelling, and analysis. You will be responsible for managing our financial team and ensuring that our financial systems are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day and end-to-end financial management
  • Financial forecasting and modelling
  • Managing liquidity and cash flow
  • Statutory obligation management
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Strategic financial planning
  • Managing the finance team
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer who has:

  • Accuracy, energy, and flair
  • Personable and approachable
  • Articulate and well-presented
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with a variety of operating systems
  • Analytical, methodical, and superior mathematical ability
  • Cyclic experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll (desirable)
