Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist residents with daily needs, develop individualized support plans, and provide guidance on life skills and personal goals.
- Counseling and Intervention: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, using active listening and conflict resolution techniques to address client concerns.
- Program Development: Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and Team Lead to develop and implement program initiatives, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with community agencies, professionals, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promote client well-being.
