About the Role

As the Remediation Program Manager at Bank of Queensland, you will play a pivotal role in the timely and successful delivery of remediation programs across the BOQ Group. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate tasks, manage directly owned remediation programs end-to-end, and provide support to business owners on remediation activities not directly managed by you.

You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless operations within the Customer Remediation Team. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels.

About You

You are a roll-up-your-sleeves and get stuck into it kinda person, who loves a challenge and has no issue keeping up. You shine in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities and direction with ease and poise.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, with a knack for coordinating complex tasks and driving them to completion. Your experience in remediation, coupled with a deep understanding of product quality and customer service, will be essential in this role.
