Your primary goal is to execute remedial action plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance obligations while delivering program objectives within established timeframes and budget constraints. This includes supporting operational and technology needs related to Financial Crime regulatory obligations, managing program progress, identifying risks, and reporting to senior management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agile working standards and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the program.
- Establish and maintain effective program performance and robust governance.
- Oversight of end-to-end value chains from performance, customer experience, operational risk, compliance, regulatory, cost, and revenue perspectives.
- Drive decision-making and resolve escalations.
About You
