Job Opportunity: Irrigation System Assistant

As an irrigation system assistant, you will provide crucial support in the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of irrigation systems to optimize plant growth in horticultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in determining hydraulic parameters for irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution.

• Collaborate with the irrigation team to implement and manage irrigation-related programs.

• Schedule irrigations and select suitable pumping systems to meet plant growth requirements.

• Oversee irrigation system installations and maintenance activities to guarantee optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Hold a relevant AQF Certificate II or equivalent, and have at least one year of post-qualification experience, or possess two years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, good attitude, and commitment to long-term employment.

• Be willing to relocate and live in a regional area for this role.
