Job Opportunity: UI Systems Design Expert

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the design of user interface systems, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Redesign the application user interface, incorporating auditing flows, creating responsive layouts, and implementing accessible and high-performing components.
  • Revamp the marketing website, designing and developing a fast and SEO-friendly site on a shared brand system.
  • Develop a comprehensive design system, including tokens for color, typography, spacing, states, motion; document usage and edge cases.
  • Create a development playground, featuring Storybook with Do/Don't examples, code snippets, usage guidelines, and live props.
  • Establish DRY themes, comprising light/dark + brand variants using design tokens with zero duplication across the application & website.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product UI + front-end engineering.
  • Expertise in React (TypeScript), CSS-in-JS/Tailwind, and component architecture.
  • Strong skills in Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping).
  • Experience with Storybook or Ladle, design tokens, theming, and accessible UI patterns.
  • Ability to design responsive, mobile-first UIs with a focus on performance and accessibility.
  • Comfortable setting conventions, writing documentation, and mentoring other developers.
