Job Title: Disability Service Coordinator

As a key player in our disability accommodation services, you will be responsible for building a culture of service excellence.

  • Coordinating day-to-day operations of group homes or day programs
  • Providing initial escalation support for site team members
  • Maintaining properties to appropriate standards
  • Driving Supported Independent Living development with team members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support, or equivalent experience in disability support
  • Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, principles of active support and human rights-based approach to service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
