Requirements

  • Certificate III Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent qualification (Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing, Allied Health)

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building trust and rapport
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, devices and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt
