Associate Director of Holiday Camps

We are seeking a leader to enable and support over 1,000 volunteers in delivering holiday camps across Australia. Based at our Eastwood office, this role will involve partnering with camp directors and providing training and support to the volunteer community.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong personal faith, evidenced by godly character and church involvement.
  • A full agreement with CRU's Expanded Basis of Belief.
  • A sound understanding of the Bible.
  • A passion for evangelism, especially with children and youth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to network and train young adult volunteers.
  • Strong coordination and administration skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
