Our holiday camps are back, and we're seeking a new leader to support the high demand.

Since 1930, lives have been transformed by the gospel through our ministry.

We aim to reach nearly 4,000 children and youth across Australia with the good news of Jesus through our holiday camps.

The Associate Director will play a crucial role in enabling and supporting over 1,000 volunteers, partnering with camp directors, and providing training and support to the volunteer community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with camp directors to deliver impactful holiday camps.
  • Providing training and support to the volunteer community.
  • Enabling and supporting over 1,000 volunteers.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong and growing personal faith, evidenced by godly character, and church involvement.
  • A full agreement with CRU's Expanded Basis of Belief.
  • A sound understanding of the Bible.
  • A passion for evangelism, especially with children and youth.
  • Strong people skills in communication and building rapport.
  • The ability to network and train young adult volunteers.
  • Strong coordination and administration skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Thrives on challenges.
  • Flexibility to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
