Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Content Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our customer training, documentation platform, and helping grow our developer community.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with the community: This involves collaboration and driving content production through engagement with internal and external community members.
- Collaboration with SMEs: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather necessary information for documentation and other content.
- Content creation: Create content across various mediums, including written descriptive text and informative visuals.
- Content quality control: Proofread, edit, and review materials, as well as documentation, to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to our guidelines.
- Leverage data: Consult and leverage data in day-to-day decisions as well as support the team in turning data into meaningful information, such as monthly usage reports with actionable recommendations.
- Highlight great content to inspire SMEs to engage and contribute.
- Feedback implementation: Monitor and respond to feedback from learners and other stakeholders in internal channels, updating content, managing our ideas repository, and coordinating with team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst being beneficial but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience writing technical documentation or documentation/content for a technical audience is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), learning management systems (LMS), or community systems.
- A degree in User Experience, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred, but relevant technical experience or hobby projects are also valued.
- Self-driven and hands-on, with proven experience driving continuous improvements of existing content or gap assessments.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, approachable, and easy to work with.
