About The Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Content Developer to join our team. This role will involve creating engaging content for various audiences and ensuring it meets high-quality standards.

Working closely with colleagues across the organization, you will transform complex ideas into accessible content for members, stakeholders, and the community. From event invitations and website copy to social media posts and newsletters, you will craft compelling stories that highlight the value of our organization and its members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of communications including policy summaries, reports, newsletters, EDMs, web copy, event invitations, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver communication projects and campaigns that promote the work of our organization and its members.
  • Ensure all communications meet brand and style guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across channels.
  • Track and evaluate communication effectiveness through metrics and stakeholder feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in communications or marketing with a strong understanding of the legal profession.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a flair for storytelling and simplifying complex ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Experience in digital content creation, including EDMs, social media, and web publishing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong organisational skills.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Work with colleagues across the organization to develop strategic communication plans.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Design and create visual content for various channels, including websites, social media, and print materials.
