House Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential houses.

  • Ensure a safe, culturally appropriate and healing environment for children and young people.

This is a hands-on role with most time spent on-site in the home, and 1 day a week in the new office.

You will mentor a team of Residential Support Workers in providing purposeful support to young people in residential care, with high and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and disadvantage, and be able to manage crises and critical issues.
