In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Clients and Markets team, assisting with coordinating materials around tenders and proposals, research general market trends, and maintaining the firm's website content.
Key Responsibilities:- Tender and Proposal Coordination: Assist in preparing and coordinating materials for tenders and proposals, including capability statements, practice profile submissions, and lawyer profiles.
- Market Research: Conduct research on general market trends, industries, competitors, and prospective clients in support of business development initiatives.
- Communication and Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal and client communications, logistics, and administration for internal and external client events such as webinars, seminars, and briefings.
- Website Content Management: Maintain the firm's website content for appropriate practice groups and manage client communications and thought leadership opportunities.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
