**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planner professional to join our Advice Delivery team. As a key member, you will support the Advice Delivery Manager and present financial planning advice to members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly assist the Advice Delivery Manager in producing quality financial planning advice;
  • Maintain compliance with required regulations to deliver professional advice;
  • Generate and evaluate Statements of Advice (SOAs) according to compliance standards;
  • Build and sustain significant client relationships and cater to their inquiries and servicing requirements;
  • Serve as the key client-facing member of the Financial Planning Network executing Financial Planning meetings both on and off site;
  • Collaborate and ensure procedures are met, providing suggestions for improvement with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications, Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field with a diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification;
  • Ideal 5+ years' experience as a financial advisor providing holistic advice and meeting current FASEA standards;
  • Possession of a passion for financial planning and a desire to develop your career long term;
  • In-depth knowledge of the advice process within major financial services and wealth management;
  • A solid understanding of the legal compliance framework within the financial services industry;
  • A proven track record with XPLAN/Midwinter software highly regarded;
  • A strong ability to build rapport with clients.
