Childcare Centre Leader

We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to oversee daily childcare centre operations, inspire a team, and deliver high-quality care and education.

This leadership role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving excellence in every aspect of the centre
  • Managing daily centre operations, including staffing and parent communication

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma (or higher) in early childhood education or a related field, minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre, and a current Working with Children Check.
