Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator, Corporate Banking

As a key member of the Corporate Banking team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the department's leadership. Your role will involve coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining complex diaries across multiple time zones, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, screening incoming calls, arranging domestic and international travel, handling regular activities, and working cooperatively with other colleagues.

Requirements include a minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, advanced organizational skills, tact and good judgment in confidential situations, effective interpersonal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent telephone etiquette.
