Retail Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and providing expert advice on our products and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Selling products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Developing strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will also require:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and late nights
- Ability to attend training and events after hours
