Club Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As Club Manager, your primary focus will be membership sales and retention. You will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing all club operations, and ensuring high customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales and retention, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Club Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the club within the local community, driving membership sales and growth.
- Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including reporting to senior management, liaison with suppliers, and facilities management.
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in a club management or sales role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, staff, and senior management.
- Organizational Skills: Remarkable organizational ability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: Current Senior First Aid/CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children (Blue Card), and National Police Check.
