Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our South Australian division. This role will be responsible for supporting the success of various projects by managing and ensuring compliance with client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure compliance with client contracts throughout the project/s
  • Oversee project start-up, procurement, delivery, and project close-out
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
  • Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
  • Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Positive negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills
  • Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
