Key Requirements

As an Educator at Harmony Early Learning Journey, you will play a critical role in delivering this vision. You will work collaboratively with our team to create innovative and effective programs that meet the unique needs of each child.

  • A deep understanding of early childhood development and emotional regulation
  • The ability to provide a strong foundation for children's learning and development
  • A tangible knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
  • Current Blue card certification
  • Current Child Protection Training Qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA Approved Qualification)
