Job Title: Mobile Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of mobile test automation frameworks, collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring that our mobile solutions meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with developers, business experts, and project teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, and analyze solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases.

You will also be responsible for conducting API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API, guiding and mentoring QA team members to deliver quality outcomes, and reporting on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps.

Additionally, you will support manual testing and regression builds as needed, and provide input on process improvements and best practices within the QA team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms
