The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the eCommerce Coordinator will support, develop and administer Peacocks' online eCommerce business in line with the Company's digital online strategy across all websites. The position will work closely with the wider Marketing Team and ensure that all online activities are aligned with the Groups marketing strategy, positioning and messaging across all brands.
We are seeking an energetic and experienced eCommerce Coordinator with an exceptional understanding of the digital marketplace. The eCommerce Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage and monitor online sales, and implement online marketing campaigns.
This is a 12 month contract role with the possibility of extending / permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the e-commerce commercial strategy in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Management teams.
- Responsible for supporting daily e-commerce operations including online sales order processing, tracking of stock levels for online products, order return and exchange processing.
- Execute the optimisation, review, and creation of content on the e-commerce to enhance the shopping experience.
- Regular and ongoing maintenance of all products displayed on the e-commerce website; pricing, descriptions and images.
- Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns and promotions, with a focus on driving traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions.
- Work on and provide scope to improve the digital presentation of the brand, website sales conversion and omni-channel user experience.
- Analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics, and suggest strategies to boost web presence and customer engagement.
- Monitor key metrics (sales, stock, traffic, returns) of overall e-commerce activity and campaign to optimise and increase conversion.
About You:
The successful applicant will have:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role (required)
- Experience using eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, or similar)
- Strong grasp of digital channels (email, social media, SEO, paid ad).
- Further education in a relevant field (preferred).
