Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Test Analyst. This position will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of non-functional testing for migrated applications within our modernized infrastructure.
Key Objectives:- To collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to understand migration requirements and acceptance criteria.
- To develop, review, and execute non-functional test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate application and infrastructure migration outcomes.
- To ensure comprehensive test coverage for migrated applications, identifying and mitigating risks to quality.
- To implement NFT Test strategies and plans that address risk and complexity effectively.
- To conduct end-to-end and regression testing (NFT) for applications impacted by migration activities.
- To maintain, execute test automation suites (NFT), and report findings proactively.
- To maintain test data and minimize environment conflicts through proactive management.
- To log, track, and manage defects through to resolution, working closely with development and migration teams.
- To provide detailed test execution reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- To contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in non-functional testing, especially performance testing and failover testing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in implementing non-functional testing frameworks and tools, as well as proficiency in running performance testing and monitoring tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, AppDynamics and Kibana.
