You'll lead the charge in driving search performance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that elevate our brand's visibility.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for large-scale websites, leveraging technical expertise to drive measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to brief and oversee the development of new features and platform integrations, ensuring seamless execution of technical SEO requirements.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving implementation of optimisation initiatives for regulated markets.
- Mentor and develop junior SEO team members through training, mentoring, and task delegation, fostering growth and skill development within the team.
- Translate complex SEO requirements into actionable technical specifications and project plans, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on technical SEO performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize search strategy.
- Establish and maintain industry-leading technical SEO standards, documentation, and best practices, promoting cross-team adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging SEO technologies and automation tools, researching and implementing innovative solutions to scale operations efficiently.
- Liaise with external vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless technical integrations and maximise ROI from digital marketing investments.
