Learning Experience Manager

This role is focused on managing the learning journey for clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.

The Learning Experience Manager will oversee the full client journey from request to evaluation, with a focus on in-person, synchronous courses. This includes:

  • Managing and delivering tailored learning experiences
  • Co-designing impactful education programs
  • Supporting delivery and quality assurance

In addition, the Learning Experience Manager will contribute to effective program management by leading end-to-end program management, supporting strategic and operational delivery, and driving reporting and process improvement.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong skills in program and stakeholder management, learning design expertise, communication and collaboration, analytical and reporting skills, and adaptability and leadership.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in roles demonstrating overall competency
  • Management consulting experience

We also welcome qualifications in program management or learning design, experience in learning & development, especially in financial and risk management education, experience in co-designing education programs and managing vendors, and public sector experience.
