Merchandise Control Position

We are seeking a Merchandise Control Officer to join our team under the SA Portfolio. This is a 10-week casual position working up to approximately 16 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, and provide exceptional service through meaningful interactions with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control inventory including receiving in and processing stock in a timely manner, coordinating unpacking stock and maintaining shop floor and back-of-house standards.
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
