Site Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our remote sites across Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to site teams, including record-keeping, data entry, and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintenance and Coordination: Ensure accurate records and data entry, coordinate accommodation and logistics for non-local employees.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration.
  • Certificate II in Business (desired).
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
