Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our maintenance team and oversee the safe and efficient operation of all site facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a trade background who can develop and execute preventative and reactive maintenance plans, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians to deliver high standards of work.
  • Develop and execute preventive and reactive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers to support operations.
  • Ensure all work is performed in line with Cater Care's safety, quality, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and cost control measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure data integrity within the company's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
