About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Services Coordinator (carpenter / builder / handy person) to join our team in Queensland.

This role will oversee carpentry and builder requirements, ensuring site appearance and buildings are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of site appearance and manage current building repairs contractors
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed to required standards
  • Promote facilities maintenance across Caboolture operations using hand and power tools
  • Elevate public-facing areas to project our company as a sector leader
  • Support the maintenance department with general building maintenance duties, including:
    • Building, office, and common area upkeep, repairs, and improvements
    • Minor painting and plastering when necessary
    • General carpentry tasks
    • Minor plumbing repairs

The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and building repairs, minor plumbing, cleaning, and other relevant trades. They must also be able to solve problems, hold basic tools, and be available to work Saturdays as needed.

Previous experience as a Tradesperson or Handyman is essential, along with sound knowledge and acceptance of workplace health and safety principles.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in general maintenance and building repairs
  • Knowledge of minor plumbing, cleaning, and other relevant trades
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to hold basic tools
  • Availability to work Saturdays as required
