A dynamic and experienced Salesforce professional is sought to manage and improve our cloud-based platforms (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud), providing expert support and system maintenance, as well as training users.
About the Position- Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple Salesforce systems and ensuring seamless integrations with business stakeholders and partners.
- System Administration: Manage users, security settings, workflows, dashboards, and reports for Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- CRM Support: Provide front-line CRM support and triage support tickets for end-users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Salesforce Partner on enhancements and future development.
- Training: Deliver CRM training and maintain user guides and process documentation.
- Data Insights: Build reports and dynamic dashboards to support business insights.
- Previous Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong knowledge of Apex, Omnistudio, and SQL/SOQL.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Profiles, Roles, Lightning Pages, and strong skills in Marketing Cloud – Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Hybrid Working Model: 2 days from home, 3 days in office.
