Responsibilities- Provision of quality Customer Service.
- Lead a small carpark team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
- Managing curb-side and ground transport areas of the airport.
- Managing rosters to meet the carpark's needs.
- Fielding customer enquiries and communications.
- Stakeholder engagement with client(s) and contractors.
- Recruiting and training new staff.
- Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service.
- Experience in roles that provided leadership of staff and/or teams preferred.
- Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in Email, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- National police check may be required based on precinct.
- Standard Award Employment Conditions, uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
