Heavy Diesel Mechanic Job Description

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team at a leading Trucks Industrial supplier in Dandenong South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks according to established guidelines and specifications.
  • Utilize knowledge of mechanical systems to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of Trucks.
  • Demonstrate general mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  • Experience using Hydraulic and pneumatic systems on sweepers, vacuums, and pumps.
  • Operate power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools, to complete assembly tasks effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and experience of mechanical assembly techniques and processes of Diesel engines.
  • Experience using Hydraulic and pneumatic systems on sweepers, vacuums, and pumps.
  • Strong experience and expertise in automotive mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in using power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools.
  • A solid work history, demonstrating your experience and reliability.
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen and Criminal Check.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
