Heavy Diesel Mechanic

At Synaco Global Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team at a leading Trucks Industrial supplier located in Dandenong South.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assembling mechanical components according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Utilizing knowledge of mechanical systems to ensure accurate and efficient diesel engine assembly.
• Demonstrating general mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including sweepers, vacuums, and pumps.
• Operating power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools, to complete assembly tasks.

Requirements for the role include:

• Sound knowledge and experience of mechanical assembly techniques and processes of diesel engines.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including sweepers, vacuums, and pumps.
• Strong experience and expertise in automotive mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in using power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• A solid work history, demonstrating your experience and reliability.
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen and criminal check.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
