As a front-line representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for UFC GYM members and guests.

This involves handling enquiries, sales, complaints and questions with professionalism and poise.

Key to this role is possessing in-depth knowledge of UFC GYM's facilities, programs and promotions, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading a reception team to ensure effective operation of relevant systems.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing top-notch customer service is essential.">
  • Point of Sale Experience: Previous experience working at the point of sale is also required.">
  • Additional Requirements: Current CPR & First Aid certification, as well as a Working with Childrens Check.">
  • Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work unsupervised, attention to detail, multitasking and pressure management, good mathematical skills, computer proficiency including Office 360, patience, empathy, positive attitude, politeness, friendly and outgoing personality, cooperation, helpfulness, leadership and best practice demonstration.">
