**About the Role

The YouTube Product Partnerships team works with creators, media companies, and sports entities to support them in growing their businesses on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of potential creators, media companies, and sports entities.
  • Drive agreements with partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
  • Measure and analyze partner performance. Streamline operational workflows and process improvements.

About The Job Overview

As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving the partner strategy and managing key relationships to make YouTube's products more universally accessible and useful.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth for partner channels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
  3. Build strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
