Senior Administration Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to facilitate external Specialist Outpatient Department Services, working closely with the Practice Manager to provide administrative support and assistance.

This role involves developing close working relationships with Revenue Services to ensure accurate billing for procedures, as well as facilitating administration audits for waitlist management. A high level of computer literacy is required, particularly in information systems relative to Specialist Outpatient Services.

The successful candidate will have high-level interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with the ability to function effectively as a team member and work autonomously.

Key Requirements

  • A well-developed ability to function effectively as a team member and work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage staff within a team environment.
