We are seeking a highly experienced Group Head of Internal Audit to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the internal audit function and providing assurance and insights to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a risk-based Business Assurance Plan to ensure effective internal controls and processes.
- Coordinate and lead the execution of scheduled audit projects, including refining the internal audit manual and creating audit work programs.
- Establish clear objectives and scope of work for all business assurance engagements and assist with risk-based assessments of core business processes.
- Draft formal audit reports and conduct follow-up of agreed actions in a timely manner.
- Lead other special projects as requested and provide expert advice on internal audit and risk management best practices.
- 10+ years of relevant internal audit or external audit experience, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks through data-driven insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex audit concepts to a diverse audience.
- CPA, CA, CIA, or CFE qualifications preferred.
